Get ready for a day of faith, family, and fun; hosted by Praise mid-day personality, Anthony “AV” Valary with special appearances by Praise syndicated talent, Griff of Get up Morning with Erica Campbell, Willie Moore Jr and Darlene McCoy.
MAIN ENTRANCE & TICKETING
All tickets must be purchased online as there will be no on-site box office. Tickets must be printed or available on your mobile device for scanning before entrance. Each person in your party will need a ticket to enter, children 2 years and younger are free.
CONCESSIONS / FOOD TRUCKS
Primary food options will be available through food truck services on the Water Works Plaza at Buffalo Bayou Park. Limited food vendor booths will be available within the concert area upstairs. Event goers can bring small coolers with snacks and personal beverages. All bags and coolers will be inspected before entry. Alcoholic beverages and glass containers are not permitted.
PAID PARKING
Paid parking can be found at the Theatre District Parking LOT H located at 1643 Memorial Drive, Houston, TX 77007
Restricted & Temporary Parking Options:
o City of Houston Lot H – Over 400 spaces available for public parking. Pricing may vary by day of the week. Buffalo Bayou Park trails can be accessed from Sabine Promenade.
o Parking on Allen Parkway – Parking is available 9 am – 7 pm Monday-Sunday. There are 140 parking spots between Sabine and Taft streets with pricing at $1 for 3-hours, 3-hour maximum. (including Saturday and Sunday).
RIDE SHARE DROP OFF / PICK UP
Ride-share drop off will be located inside of The Water Works at Buffalo Bayou Park Parking entrance located at 105 Sabine St, Houston, TX 77007. This is a high traffic area, vehicles will not be able to park and wait, all guests being dropped off or picked up must be exiting or entering a vehicle at the time the vehicle arrives in the parking driveway.

Q: ARE TICKETS PER PERSON?
Every guest attending Praise in the Park are required to have a ticket. Tickets are $15 per person plus taxes and service fees with children 2 years and younger free.
Q: HOW LONG IS THE EVENT?
Gates open at 11:00am with performances beginning at noon until 7:00pm
Q: ARE TICKETS AVAILABLE AT THE VENUE?
Tickets are available strictly online on station website. No tickets will be available for purchase at venue.
Q: WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?
This is a rain or shine event, no refunds or ticket transfers, all sales are final. If the weather makes it unsafe to operate and guest to attend station event and venue management reserve the right to delay or postpone performance.
Q: CAN I BRING A LAWN CHAIR
Yes, seating is not provided or assigned. There are designated areas in the lawn you will be able to place your personal lawn chair for seating. Lawn space is available upon arrival and space cannot be saved for guest who have not arrived. Some areas of the park will be standing room only and no chairs will be allowed to be place in those high foot traffic areas.
Q: CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD AND DRINKS?
Yes, small coolers with snacks and drinks are permitted after inspection before entering the park. No alcoholic beverages are permitted. No glass or breakable containers.
Q: CAN I COOK MY OWN FOOD AT THE EVENT?
No, only approved food vendors can cook, grill, or prepare any raw food on-site at this event. No cooking using any type of grill or open flame is permitted.
Q: CAN I BRING A TENT AND LAWN CHAIRS?
No tents or canopies are allowed. You may bring lawn chairs or blankets if you choose to sit on the lawn in the designated spaces.
Q: CAN I BRING AN UMBRELLA?
Yes, only handheld umbrellas are allowed. Beach umbrellas, patio umbrellas or any umbrella larger than 44in in diameter are not permitted. You cannot stake any umbrellas, chairs, or temporary structures into the ground.
Q: CAN I BRING MY DOG OR PET?
No, pets are not permitted at this event unless a certified service animal on a leash.
Q: IS THERE A SMOKING AREA?
No smoking allowed in park
Q: CAN I BRING MY FIREARM?
No weapons of any kind or personal firearms are permitted. All guests must participate in security screening before entering event space.
Park Rules & Regulations
o Scooters and skateboards are prohibited.
o Glass containers are prohibited.
o Alcohol consumption is prohibited.
o Littering is prohibited; use trash receptacles.
o Hammocks are prohibited.
o No unauthorized sales activities.
o The use of barbeque grills is prohibited within park grounds.
o Motorized vehicles prohibited off roadways & beyond parking areas.
o Improperly parked vehicles will be towed.
o Two-hour parking for patrons only.
o Vending or sales prohibited without permit.
o Hunting or use of firearms is prohibited.
o No smoking in city parks.
o NO Dogs allowed at this event – Certified Service Dogs are to remain on leash at all times. (Dog Park Rules & Regulations)
o Pet owners required to pick up after pets. (Ord. 2003-1275, Sec. 6-24)
o Plants & animals are protected – do not remove or disturb.
o Control noise levels – please respect others.
o Destroying public property is prohibited. (Title 19, Chapt. 191 of the Government Code of Texas)
o No swimming.
