4th Annual Oxtail MashUp

Founded in 2017, Oxtail MashUp has become one of Houston’s most beloved culinary events.

Bringing together some of the industry’s favorite chefs and bartenders for a stellar ‘mashup’ of a food, drink, art, music and  bit of friendly competition in the lush garden of  Project Row Houses.

Chefs and bartenders vie for the winning vote in this spirited battle for cash & prizes.  Make no mistake, they’re here to take it home!

A percentage of proceeds benefit Feed the Soul Foundation, helping culinary businesses thrive in marginalized communities.

This ebullient evening takes place in the lush courtyard of Project Row House, an amazing art institution in Third Ward. Guests will stroll curated art houses, drink cocktails, mingle, revel in the rhythm…and vote!

CHEF COMPETITION

The evening will feature stellar oxtail creations fromeach chef, battling it out for smack talking rights.Chefs are challenged to create their most inventive and tasty bites.

COCKTAIL COMPETITION

Bartenders are competing with the best cocktail entry. The bar is a working competition. Efficiency, service, style, preparedness and above all, a damn good cocktail will be the focus.

AGAVE SPIRITS TASTING TABLE

Professionals will taste and educate guests on what makes a great Tequila. What’s the difference between cristalinos, anejos, reposados y mezcales?
