Oqupi Houston is a creative collective whose mission is to build an ecosystem of Houston’s best creatives. LinkUpHTX was birthed 6 years ago with the goal to create space where Black and Brown creative entrepreneurs, artist, content creators, marketing professionals, and much more would be able to network and build forever relationships.
