Downtown Houston+ debuts a digital, immersive light and sound spectacular at Allen’s Landing. Reflecting in the water and projected onto a four-story tall, six-story wide water screen,

Snow Glow can be experienced from multiple vantage points, as well as from the bayou’s banks or trails, or on a Holiday Cruise boat tour operated by Buffalo Bayou Partnership! Grab your blanket or lawn chair, your thermos of hot cocoa and your loved ones for this one-of-a-kind experience happening only in Downtown! Frequently asked questions

Where can I park?

There is free metered parking starting at 6pm. You can also reserve surface lot parking online ahead of time by visiting: https://downtownhouston.org/parking

Is there security?

Look for the friendly Downtown Public Safety Guides sporting festive Santa hats – they’re there to help make your Snow Glow experience merry and bright. These easily spotted guides patrol the area until 11 p.m. nightly, working alongside off-duty Houston Police Department officers.

How do I get there?

Not interested in driving? The MetroRail drops you within walking distance, or catch a taxi for a flat $6 rate within the Downtown area. Ride-share services like Uber and Lyft are also readily available

What should I bring?

Attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs, cozy blankets, picnic snacks, a thermos of hot chocolate or anything else that you want to!
