• ALL GUESTS MUST BE IN POOL PARTY ATTIRE TO ENTER THE POOL AREA, SUCH AS BATHING SUITS, SWIM TRUNKS AND BOARD SHORTS

• ANY GUESTS NOT IN POOL ATTIRE WILL NOT BE PERMITTED ENTRY, NO EXCEPTIONS.

 General Admission and VIP Ticket Sales:

Purchaser acknowledges that all payments for tickets for admission to the venue are non-refundable. Upon payment, purchaser further acknowledges that its payment is for the ticket(s) for admittance to the specific date of the event and no other date. The event is rain or shine. Purchaser further acknowledges that no refunds will provided and that no exchanges or credits for future event dates will be given for ticket purchases for any reason.

Bottle Package Sales:

Purchaser acknowledges that its payment for the purchase of the table reservation at the venue is non-refundable. Upon payment, purchaser further acknowledges that payment for the table reservation entitles purchaser and his/her guest admittance to the venue and the alcoholic beverage order selected by purchaser for the specific date of the event and no other. The event is rain or shine. Purchaser further acknowledges that no refunds will provided and that no exchanges or credits for future event dates will be given for table reservations for any reason.

By attending the Swim Thick Pool Party Finale event, you agree to be potentially photographed and/or filmed at the event. You further agree that any or all of the material photographed or filmed can and will be used in marketing which includes but is not limited to social media, print ads, digital ads, and more, and further that such use shall be without payment of fees, royalties, special credit or other compensation

FAQs

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

To enter the event you must be 21 or older. Valid and current state issued identification or passport is required for ALL pool guests.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Onsite parking available for a Fee. Uber and Lyft pickup and dropoff is strongly suggested as we do not condone drinking and driving. Parking is regulated by the host hotel.

What can I bring into the event?

Professional Cameras are Not allowed into the event. Authorized media only.

Bags and purses must be smaller than 8.5″ x 11.5″

Absolutely No outside drinks or bottles allowed in this event

What’s the refund policy?

There are no refunds. All purchases are non-refundable and not able to be exchanged.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Please show your confirmed Eventbrite confirmation upon check in (Either on your mobile device or print out)

Is my registration fee or ticket transferable?

All tickets are non-transferable.

How do I obtain the address?

The event will be hosted at the Host hotel!

Is There any other events associated with this weekend?

A Friday evening Meet & Greet will be hosted at the host hotel. Dress to impress!

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn’t match the person who attends?

The name on the ticket at registration MUST match the ID at check-in
