- Be a one-man (or woman) band in the field — you’ll handle audio, video, and lighting
- Organizing shoot footage for post-production for archives
- Drive video projects through from pre-production to the post-production process to achieve interesting video content whilst maintaining brand integrity
- Coordinate with Marketing and clients to conceptualize video ideas all the way to the shoot and post-production
- Take ownership for pre-production, shooting, editing and assisting in production and post-production, editing from scratch, relying on creative instincts and industry best-practices
- Selection and implementing special visual effects, music, and special audio for each video shoot
- Converting videos shot in-house videos that were outsourced to the proper format for different marketing channels
- Partner with corporate communications and leadership to elevate internal communications through video
- Creates quality multimedia storytelling using photography, videography and text that accurately informs, entertains and engages our audience
- Works with editors to evaluate what’s working and what’s not, and develops ongoing plans to better satisfy audience needs
Specialized Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate client schedules
- Knowledge of photography techniques
- Ability to stand or crouch for hours during photoshoots
- Proficiency with photo editing software and camera equipment
- Communication skills
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred. Credible experience recommended.
