View our Event Partners below representing over 21 event categories from Nightlife, Concerts, Sports, College, Community, Religious, Family, Business Networking, Fitness, Comedy, Fashion, including Theatre & Castings, Alternative, and Grown & Sexy Event Offerings. We will become the National Brand for EVENT activities in attempting to help you answer the age-old question: “What’s Going on Today, and/or How can I get involved? Our Story

We began and had a successful + impactful business in New Orleans, LA, as “SociaLIFE”. Now, we’ve launched in Houston as, SLEM, with a new and improving brand. Expansion is inevitable.

Meet the SLEM TEAM

W. ANTHONY PATTON, MBA (WAP) – Coolaborator

Do-WAP Agency, L.L.C. – President/CEO

WAP is the President/CEO of the Do-WAP.com Agency, a Digital Media, Marketing, and Music Strategic Project Management & Events Firm. The company is headquartered in New Orleans, La., but serves the southeastern region of the United States. His firm is a Certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprise with the Department of Transportation. He doesn’t just teach SNM but he lives it daily with his newly designed e-commerce website and publication, SLEM Mag.

WAP’s vision is to service these clients now in print, online media, and special events. He is a “super connector” – his passion is putting people and ideas together. His mission is to grow strong financially and politically while building jobs within the community and educating the community on new technology.

EDDIE BONNER – Vice President of Sales & Marketing

Eddie is a marketing and community development professional whose career spans 20+ years in Sales and Marketing. His primary responsibility is to oversee the day-to-day operations of the agency and Venture Companies. He also has developed relationships with local colleges and universities in the Region, to employ 10 to 12 college interns each semester in the fields of Sales and Marketing, Journalism, and Event Promotions.

JASON GARDNER – SLEM Printer & Creative Director

Jason is the SLEM Printer and offers creative direction. He continues to evolve with his creativity, constantly creating fresh and new tools so he can remain innovative and cutting edge. He is passionate and driven to solve and support customers’ business goals through the use of technology and his solution-oriented out of the box thinking. He has been an entrepreneur, owning his own printing company (Vivid Images) for over 15 years in his own right, and utilizes all his business acumen and savvy to grow creatively, spiritually, and in his business dealings.

MARK BROWN, MBA – Sales Team Director

Mark is an entrepreneur who has real estate and sales experiences of over 20 years. He has an extensive executive sales background with firms like WebMD, Houston Chronicle, and KB Homes. He is focused on client business development, managing teams, and is a result’s driven professional. In his spare time, Mark enjoys reading books, traveling, and staying fit. Mark is healthy-minded and believes when the mind, body, and soul are solid you can achieve success and not before.

CALVIN FITZGERALD –
Project Manager & Show Host

Calvin is a recent graduate of Prairie View A&M University, and is the Team Lead for Houston’s launch. He is extremely creative and specializes in several art forms (Music, Design, and Acting). As Project Mgr, he is focused on the design aspect (i.e. spread layouts, graphics, and artwork) of the magazine. He is also instrumental in events operations (i.e. being a show host and co-leading our monthly Magazine launches).

DARIAN ELLIS – Onset Fashion Shoot Coach/ Show Host

Darian Ellis was chosen as a finalist on America’s Next Top Model 19. She is currently providing training classes and modeling courses to young ladies and works diligently organizing runway shows all throughout the South. She can be contacted via her website, http://www.darianellisxo.com

RASHA “GLAM” WILLIAMS – Shoot & Runway Stylist

You cannot mention fashion in the South without discussing Rasha “GLAM” Williams. She has styled for countless magazine spreads and fashion shows including Coastal Fashion Week, New Orleans Fashion Week, countless First Fridays, Essence Festival shows, and hundreds more. atrashabatiste@gmail.com

Keno’s road has included creating and designing for celebrities for a red carpet, Royalty of Carnival, and becoming the Creative Designer of Costume for several plays and magazine layouts.
